Who you are writing to

Readmine is an independent, one-person site. I research and write the guides, choose the picks and maintain the site myself, so your message reaches the person who can actually fix a broken link or a wrong price. There is no call centre or chatbot in between.

Response times

• I aim to reply to every message within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, UK time).
• Corrections, broken links and wrong prices are usually fixed on the site within 1 to 3 working days of being reported.
• Privacy and data requests (for example, removing your email from the newsletter) are handled within one month, as UK GDPR requires, and normally much sooner.

What I can and can't help with

• Yes: mistakes in a guide, out-of-date prices, links that no longer work, product suggestions for future guides, privacy questions and partnership or affiliate enquiries.
• No: orders, delivery, refunds and faulty products. Readmine doesn't sell anything or take payments, so these must go to the retailer you bought from (for example Amazon UK or the eBay seller).
• Brands asking for coverage: I don't accept payment for a place in a guide, and free samples don't guarantee a mention. See how picks are chosen on the About page.

Reporting a problem

Please include the page address (URL), the product name and what looks wrong, for example “the coat in the coats guide shows £12 but the retailer says £45”. A screenshot helps too. That lets me check and fix it quickly.
